Workshop on Policy dialogic organized by CREA UB Center for Research in Theories and Practices that Overcome Inequalities where he was invited Marshall Ganz, a professor at Harvard Kennedy School of Government. The talk took place on 4 July 2011 from 15.30 to 21pm at the Casa del Mar in Barcelona. The audio is only the first part of the day, that is, two hours or so that Professor Ganz spoke. If anyone interested in the extended second part of the day could hang on another episode Blip.tv. In the third part, which involved major political parties Catalan, not in my recording.
